Return Policy
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in an unused, sellable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging. This is valid if the product you received is damaged or has an issue with it. The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Missing items, wrong order, expired product, damaged items, excess/mismatched items or excess charges must be reported within 48 hours of delivery otherwise claims will not be accepted. We only offer exchanges; we do not offer any refunds or store credit. Only products bought from the buycarewell.com website can be returned to us. We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores. Please raise a request here with order and contact details – Alternately you can email us support@buycarewell.com . Please allow one – two weeks for your return to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed.
Terms and conditions:
1. All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
2. Each item can only be exchanged once.
3. Only in case of damages will the company be responsible. The video needs to be accompanied or any damage during opening of the package.
4. All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
5. All essentials and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
7. We will not exchange opened or used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
8. If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. The difference will not be refunded. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Due to the current situation, you might expect a delay in the refund. Our refunds can take up-to 7 working days basis your bank/payment method working. If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Refund & Cancellations
buycarewell.com hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped (Probably 1-2 days) can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it. Incorrect items received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place.
In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the right items to you right away and collect the incorrect items from you at your convenience. Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis.
